Karla is a highly regarded clinical expert with a diverse and extensive background in mental health care. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management with a focus on Organizational Behavior, a Master’s in Psychology with a concentration in entheogenic-assisted psychotherapy, and a Post-Master’s in Trauma Counseling.

With experience spanning clinical work, case management, outreach, and admissions in residential treatment settings, Karla has effectively supported clients at every stage of their healing journey.

She excels at the intersection of physical and mental health, utilizing advanced biomarker tracking techniques to identify root causes and enhance quality of life swiftly. Additionally, Karla has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, leveraging her extensive professional network and esteemed reputation to drive innovation and excellence in mental health care.

Michelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from Florida Atlantic University. After six years in orthopedics, she embarked on her own healing journey, exploring diverse plant medicines and modalities. Incorporating somatic practices beyond talk therapy became integral to her healing, affirming the truth that “the body keeps the score.” It was through this exploration that she discovered the profound somatic healing potential of breathwork. 

Inspired by years of personal practice, Michelle is passionate about sharing this transformative gift, empowering others to reconnect with their radical authenticity and inner strength through the breath.

Michelle is a 200-hour RYT, certified in SomatiQ Breathwork and Emergence Breathwork, and a certified Reiki practitioner.
