"The Flow and Restore Yoga Teacher Training was an incredible spiritual journey that enabled me to become more self-aware, grounded, and balanced in my life. It gave me new tools to help guide me through challenges in life, my relationships, my professional career, and my health -- physical, emotional, and mental. I also gained a deeper understanding of the human body, and my body specifically, and how to craft yoga sequences that are restorative, healing, and nourishing."

- Flow and Restore Yoga Teacher Training Participant; Julia Fan

"The Flow and Restore 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training has been an incredible experience. I can identify positive changes in my life as an obvious result of this training. These changes are felt as nourishment for both my mind and body. Ash's commitment to her students is both warm and relentless. There is no doubt in my mind that anyone who joins this YTT will be positioning themselves in a higher vibration to succeed in their lives."

- Flow and Restore Yoga Teacher Training Participant; Brian DelGiudice, LMT

"I have a relationship to my body that was not available to me before this training. I also have a greater understanding of the philosophy of yoga and a passion and drive for deepening that. I had no meditative practices whatsoever before this training and now am designing my own. I'm walking away with exactly what I wanted which was to develop a practice for myself and I'm more in love with Yoga than I imagined."

- Flow and Restore Yoga Teacher Training Participant; Megha Kanwar, LMT

"The Flow and Restore Collective created an amazing virtual program that allowed the participants to go into a deep study and exploration of the different branches of Yoga and Yoga Philosophy. I now have a strong foundation that will support me in teaching, through detailed teachings of the 8 Limbs of Yoga. I recommend The Flow and Restore Collective to anyone who wants a holistic and caring community learning experience."
